Core Principles and Values
• We Care – with our commitment to the health and wellness of members, honouring their diversity, respecting their dignity and fostering their independence. We also care for our team – our employees, volunteers and partners.

We Inspire – with innovative health and wellness programming for body and mind.

We Navigate – with resources and referrals, striving to be timely and accurate, assisting members in finding appropriate services in the community.

• We Include – everyone who shares in our mission and values with accessible services and inclusive practices. We tackle isolation by creating a place of belonging and fostering ‘people helping people’.

• We’re a Team – with a purpose, and we exist to serve our members. We are dedicated, resourceful, agile, and adaptable; everyone will add value. We infer positive intent with each other, seek to understand and then collaborate.

We live our values.
