Tai Chi is an ancient form of self-defense but has been adapted to become a beneficial exercise in a relaxed atmosphere. Slow, gentle, continuous movements provide improvements to balance, coordination, concentration, fitness and overall health.
A valid membership at York West Active Living Centre is required.
