Using a variety of equipment, exercises are done in a slow controlled manner with options provided for individual ability and personal comfort. Build the strength and support your spine needs with exercises that focus on the muscles that surround the spine - the erector spinae, the abdominal muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.
A valid membership at York West Active Living Centre is required.
